1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Pet Barn, we provide 24-hour delivery service to any address in Kuwait. However, do note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military and restricted areas.

For delivery outside Kuwait, you can contact us by e-mail.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed 7 days a week will be processed and delivered within 24 hours upon payment confirmation. An email confirmation will be sent to all orders once received.
